About Herd Impunity

Clarity. Community. Authenticity. Sustainability.

My name is Sean Herriott. I worked in radio for 30 years–over 20 of them as a major market morning show host. I am white, Afro-Carribean, Native (a citizen of the Cherokee Nation), and queer.

Herd Impunity exists to sound the alarm: fascism isn’t a looming threat—it’s already here. I hope to break through the collective malaise, offer hard truths with compassion, and inspire honest reflection and courageous action.

My lived experience, both hopeful and hard, gives me a unique perspective. I’ve spent years connecting with people—on the air, in person, and behind the scenes—and learned that what people need most is honesty and real connection.

I focus my work on those who feel most isolated or overwhelmed. If you’re tired of rationalizing or hiding, or you’re hungry for solidarity in dark times, I want you to feel both less alone and more empowered. My hope is that together, we can resist authoritarianism—not through panic, but through community and courage.
